Les Téléphones is the Fourvière Hotel's bistronomic restaurant. Nestled in the convent's peristyles, around the cloister garden, Les Téléphones offers refined, seasonal cuisine.
Each table has vintage phones, giving the restaurant its name. Whether you’re staying at the hotel for lunch or dinner, the restaurant offers a unique culinary experience in an elegant setting.
In 2024, the restaurant received two Écotable badges. This label recognizes restaurateurs' commitment to sustainable cuisine, favoring local, organic, and seasonal products. This recognition reflects the commitment of Chef Thibault Hostiguian and his team to combine gastronomy with respect for the environment.
