Our manufacturing processes such as low temperature drying for pasta, cold pressure for oil and the stone mill, guarantee the nutritional and taste quality of our products.

Moulin Nicolas is the project of Nicolas, a farmer who has always been a farmer, and who in 2012 wanted to create his own range of products from these crops. Then Blandine, his daughter, joined the adventure in 2020.
Direct sale : - at the farm on Friday afternoons from 2 to 6 pm. - at the Bourg-en-Bresse market, every other Saturday - odd weeks (under the covered market).
Present in various producer's stores, delicatessens, organic stores.
