We give preference to local producers, breeders and farm products, chosen according to the season. Meat is carefully selected, prepared on site and accompanied by a local wine list from winemakers passionate about their terroir. Chef William BERT offers a cuisine designed to be accessible to all, with particular attention paid to food intolerances (gluten-free) and the quality of ingredients, without ever compromising taste or gourmandise. We cater for all food intolerances. Here, everyone can indulge in complete confidence. Concerned about our environment, we work in short circuits, limiting waste and adopting an eco-responsible approach, respecting the products and those who produce them. In a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, we welcome you to La Garde-Adhémar for a moment of sharing around authentic, local and sincere cuisine.
