The dishes of French gastronomic luxury are revisited with precision, without neglecting the products of our valleys and inspirations from around the world. At Les Explorateurs restaurant, the cuisine is cosmopolitan, just like Val Thorens itself.
Each table has a different decor, a different lighting ambience: coming back to Les Explorateurs several times means discovering several worlds, exploring the high mountains in your plate and around you.
The desserts are by Sébastien Deléglise, winner of the Passion Dessert Trophy from the Michelin Guide.
