At the car park entrance, take the uphill farm track to the Lac Blanc refuge, below the fishing lake. Return via the same itinerary. Variant (additional 1 hour 15 minutes): return via Le Coëtet. At the tip of the lake, take the path back to Le Coëtet car park. Follow the Bellecombe tarmac road a little, then take the lefthand path which crosses the meadows and intersects with the road. Cross Chavière hamlet and walk back up to the car park.
