House of the Truffle and the Tricastin

In the heart of the Tricastin region, Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux has dedicated a showcase to the black diamond, in a house full of character, making it an unmissable place of discovery.
Here, you enter the mysterious world of the black truffle, for which Tricastin is the land of choice. Room by room, you'll unveil the mysteries of the truffle, from its underground formation to its tasting on the plate.
You'll also get a taste of the Tricastin wine region. An exhibition space offers an insight into the region's winegrowing history. At the Caveau des Vignerons, you can discover and taste wines from the Grignan-les-Adhémar PDO. These are available at the estate price.

From 01/01 to 31/12 on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 10 am and 12.30 pm and between 2.30 pm and 6 pm. On Sunday between 10 am and 1 pm. Closed on Monday.
Closed exceptionally on January 1st, May 1st, May 8th, July 14th, August 15th, November 1st, November 11th and December 25th.
