The establishment features a bright and warm dining room that can accommodate up to 40 people, as well as an intimate and relaxed bar area where about ten guests can also enjoy a meal. The establishment also has a terrace. A place driven by the passion of a chef At the helm of the kitchen, Justine, a passionate chef, offers a reinterpreted traditional cuisine that is generous and full of character. Trained from a young age by her grandmother, she perfected her skills at the hotel school in Grenoble before continuing her career in prestigious Parisian establishments, and then throughout France, in various establishments ranging from starred restaurants to small artisanal structures.After several years of experience as a chef in her home region, Justine fell in love with Auvergne and Saint-Georges-de-Mons. Accompanied by her partner and their children, she chose to settle here to establish her own restaurant, a place that reflects her: warm, sincere, and deeply rooted in its territory. A heartfelt cuisine, local and committed. "My philosophy? To offer an authentic, generous, and friendly cuisine where everyone, whether a local or just passing through, feels at home."

1. The Hôtel Saint-Georges favours responsible management of resources by limiting water and energy consumption in the rooms.
2. Waste sorting is encouraged in the establishment, and the cleaning products used are mainly environmentally friendly.
3. Breakfasts feature local and seasonal products in order to support short supply chains and reduce the carbon footprint.
4. Outdoor areas, such as the garden and terrace, are maintained without the use of pesticides, with respect for local biodiversity.

Open every day between 11.30 am and 2 pm.
Except Monday and Sunday.
