Mais les choses pourraient bientôt changer. Prouvant que le brassage culturel porte de précieux fruits, la MC américano-pendjabi Alo Wala invente un hip-hop hybride à l’heure de la mondialisation interconnectée.

Portée par le flow fulgurant d’Alo Wala, sa musique s’inspire de son parcours multiculturel, mélangeant les influences cosmopolites dans des chansons percutantes qui transcendent les frontières géographiques et de genres. Ses morceaux sont empreints de précision et de rythmes fougueux, mais aussi d’une grande assurance et de confiance en soi, signe d’une artiste qui, bien qu’ayant vécu sur quatre continents, sait très bien quelle est sa place dans le monde.
